We are committed to providing you with the best possible care.If you have dental insurance, we will help you receive your maximum allowable benefits. In order to do this, we need your assistance and your understanding of our financial policy.
Payment for services rendered is due at the time services are provided unless other payment arrangements have been approved in advance. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We will be happy to process your dental insurance claim form electronically as a courtesy to you. If you have dental insurance, please be prepared to pay your portion of the total treatment fee on the day of service. If you have no dental insurance coverage, payment in full is expected, or other financial arrangements made prior to any treatment. We will gladly discuss your proposed treatment and answer any questions relating to your dental insurance.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, a $25.00 charge may be assessed for a failed or late cancelled appointment.
Balances past 60 days are assessed a finance charge. Payment received after the statement due date will be assessed a late payment fee.
Our staff respectfully reminds you that:
- Your dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and the dental insurance company. We are not a party to that contract.
- Dental insurance is not meant to be a pay-all; it is only meant to be an aid. Many routine dental services are not covered by dental insurance. If you should have any questions regarding your coverage, you should contact your company regarding the details of the plan. It is your responsibility to know your dental insurance coverage.
- Many dental plans tell you that you will be covered “100%“. In spite of what you are told, we have found that most plans only cover approximately 80% of an average fee. It has been our experience that some dental insurance providers tell their customers that "fees are above the usual and customary", rather than saying "the benefits are low".
We must emphasize that, as dental care providers, our relationship is with you and NOT your dental insurance company. While the filing of dental insurance claims is a courtesy we extend to all our patients, all charges are your responsibility.
Most dental plans are designed to share in your dental care costs. Any one dental plan may not cover the total cost of your bill; most plans cover between 50 to 80 percent of dental services. If you have questions regarding a dental plan, or a problem with a reimbursement level, please contact your employer or dental insurance company.
We accept all major dental insurance programs; however, we are not a preferred provider for any insurance plans. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also offer financing with CareCredit to assist with payment of your dental work.

- For treatment fees from $1,000 to over $25,000

- Monthly payments as low as $28 for a $1,000 fee balance
